I started a new project at SourceForge, named OpenSheefa. OpenSheefa is an open source medical software, released under the terms and conditions of the BSD License. OpenSheefa is taken from the word Asy Syifa', arabian language, that means medicine, healer. This software is developed with PHP and MySQL.
